Instructions: 1. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add minced garlic and ginger paste; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. 3. Add chopped onion; cook until translucent, about 2-3 minutes. 4. Add veggie chopper’s magic mixture; stir-fry for 1 minute. 5.
