1. Baked Pesto Mushies With Crunchy Cashew Cheese

These wraps are raw, easy to assemble and are ideal for serving to a crowd. Plus, they look beautiful when presented by the dozen on a large tray.

3. Zucchini Fritters With Lemon Basil Cashew Cream
Now is the time to use up all of that summer zucchini while it’s still in season. These fritters wouldn’t be complete without the lemon basil cashew cream.

4. Tomato Basil Broccoli Noodle and White Bean Salad
Combine the delicious flavors of garlic, basil, tomatoes with cannellini beans, broccoli and tomatoes for this salad.

5. Spicy Asian Cucumber Avocado Salad
You only need six ingredients for this salad: cucumbers, avocado, red onion, hemp seeds, cayenne and coconut aminos. You can also add grape tomatoes and seaweed if you’d like.

6. Summer Watermelon Salad
For this recipe, use watermelon for both the salad and the dressing. The watermelon vinaigrette is made with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, dates, and salt.

7. Buffalo Roasted Chickpeas
Anything with buffalo flavor is delicious. This recipe is simple and only calls for three ingredients: vegan alternative butter, hot sauce, and garbanzo beans.

8. Sweet n’ Sour Vegan Slaw
This slaw is flavorful and makes for a great addition to your Labor Day main dishes.

9. Miso Roasted Tomatoes and Spiralized Carrot Noodles
This colorful salad looks nice and is healthier than a regular pasta salad.
10. Raw Spicy Jicama Fries
Transform jicama into fries with some coconut oil, nutritional yeast, green onions, chili powder, and sea salt. This recipe is rocking!
11. Cheezy Roasted Tomatoes
These tomatoes burst with flavor when you roast them, and the nutritional yeast and oregano add a nice kick.
