Eggs might have a reputation as a top-tier protein source, but some plant-based foods are stepping up to the plate—and outshining them. According to The Times of India, several vegan superfoods actually pack more protein per serving than eggs while offering extra benefits like fiber, healthy fats, and antioxidants.

At the top of the list are hemp seeds, boasting a massive 31g of protein per 100g—more than five times the amount in eggs. They’re also loaded with omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids that Support brain and joint health.
