This roasted delicata squash recipe begins with preparing the ingredients by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C), then carefully cutting the delicata squash in half lengthwise, scooping out the seeds, and placing it cut-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. A harmonious blend of flavors: Panko breadcrumbs, the lightest of textures; nutritional yeast, a savory depth; fragrant rosemary, its herbaceousness; garlic powder, a subtle punch; and sea salt, a touch of minerality. Adding fresh parsley is an optional touch to add a vibrant splash of colour!
