1/2 cup warm water
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh rosemary
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • One batch of store-bought pizza dough.
  • 3 tablespoons vegan butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • A pinch of salt and a few grinds of pepper
  • Flour, for dusting surface
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping (optional)

Vegan Rosemary Garlic Knots: Effortless Delight

To create these scrumptious, aromatic treats, you’ll need just a few simple ingredients and a dash of patience. Are you ready?

  1. Preheat oven to 420°F.
  2. Rolling the pizza dough out on a floured surface, work the edges to achieve an even thickness of approximately one-quarter inch.
  3. Using a pizza slicer, divide the rolled-out dough evenly in two halves. Cut the halved vegetables into uniform 1 1/2-inch long and narrow strips.
  4. Carefully gather stray strips together and secure them with soft, loose twists. Position the dough onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  5. Preheat your oven to a moderate temperature and position the bake knots on the second-highest rack, allowing them to cook evenly. Allow 15 minutes for the desired browning to occur, signifying the perfect level of crispiness on their surface.
