Ingredients: * 1 cup unsalted butter at room temperature * 3/4 cup white granulated sugar * 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar * 2 large eggs * 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract * 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour * 1 cup chopped pecans Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat. 2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour and salt; set aside. 3.
