Not far behind are lentils, coming in at 25g of protein per 100g, along with plenty of iron and fibeR to Support digestion and keep you feeling full.

Spirulina, a blue-green algae, might surprise you the most: it offers an incredible 57g of protein per 100g. It’s also packed with B12, iron, and chlorophyll, making it a nutrient-dense powerhouse for energy and detox Support. Chia seeds and quinoa round out the list with complete protein profiles and plenty of added nutritional perks like omega-3s, magnesium, and antioxidants.
