Cook for 2-3 minutes or until they are al dente.While the noodles are cooking, heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium flame. Add in 1 small onion, finely chopped, and sauté till it turns translucent.Next, add in 1 teaspoon of ginger paste and 1 teaspoon of garlic paste. Cook for about 30 seconds or until the mixture is fragrant.Now, add in 2 teaspoons of Maggi masala powder and mix well. If you want a spicier version, add more as per your preference!Add in 1 cup of water to the pan and bring it to a boil. Reduce the flame to low and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes or until the sauce thickens.For the second type of sauce, heat another tablespoon of oil in a separate pan over medium flame. Add in 2 tablespoons of tomato puree and 1 teaspoon of Maggi masala powder. Mix well and cook for about 3-4 minutes or until the sauce thickens slightly.Now, it's time to assemble! Place the cooked noodles on a plate, top with the first type of sauce (Masala Magic), followed by the second type of sauce (Tomato Magic).And that's it!
