  • 1-2 tablespoons water or extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 med onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • Dash of red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
