Vanilla Cream:

  • ½ vanilla bean (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut nectar
  • Water, as needed for blending

Preparation Instructions

This recipe offers flexibility regarding nut allergies. You can easily create a nut-free version using only oats for the crust (ensure you have leftover dates). Alternatively, if nuts are used in the crust and/or cream, delicious results are still achievable without them – simply omit those ingredients.
