Sure, you could throw quinoa on top of your regular salad, or you could try making quinoa the focal point of your salad with this flavorful recipe.

2. Healthy ‘Digestive-friendly’ Quinoa Pizza Crust
If you don’t like quinoa, try baking it into something like this pizza crust.

3. Quinoa With Secret Pesto and Sun Dried Tomatoes
This pesto sauce is super easy to make. Use a food processor to blend basil, hemp seeds, wheatgrass powder, nutritional yeast, sea salt and garlic into a pesto sauce, then combine that with quinoa, spinach and sun-dried tomatoes.

4. Red Quinoa and Mango Salad With Lime Dressing
Give red quinoa a shot for this recipe. Go sweet by adding mango. Then, balance out the taste with some spiciness from jalapeno, chili powder, onion and cilantro. Delicious!

5. Quinoa and White Bean Burger
For this veggie burger, choose an egg replacer to bind the quinoa and the rest of the ingredients together. You can use 1 tbsp flaxseed meal and 3 tbsp water for one egg.

6. Toasted Quinoa Vegetable Stacks with Green Goddess Dressing
This dish looks very impressive, so try it when you want to impress someone. The tasty Green Goddess dressing is made from tarragon, basil, garlic and avocado, to name just a few ingredients.

7. Stuffed Kabocha Squash With Quinoa and Chickpeas
Now that Fall is just about upon us, we can start enjoying some tasty, hearty dishes like this one.

8. Grilled Artichoke and Quinoa Lettuce Wraps
For this recipe, you will make a quinoa mixture and place it into the lettuce wraps with cellophane or vermicelli rice noodles.

9. Healthy Vegan Pomegranate Quinoa Porridge
After making some savory dishes, try a sweeter, breakfast way to eat quinoa. This porridge mixes the delicious tastes of almond milk, cinnamon, coconut, apple and pomegranate. Yum!

10. Pineapple Fried Quinoa
This recipe is excellent for those who are looking to make a quick meal on a busy weeknight. The recipe calls for fresh pineapple, but you can also use canned pineapple to save prep time.
