  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • Two cups of crushed bran flake cereal.
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

  1. Combining equal parts sugar and maple syrup in a small saucepan, whisk constantly as the mixture reaches a rolling boil within a minute’s time. Discontinue heating and gradually whisk in peanut butter until a uniform consistency is achieved. Stirring in 1/2 cup of toasted bran flakes, ensure they are fully incorporated into the mixture.
  2. Coat a loaf pan or small round baking dish with cooking spray and evenly distribute the cereal mixture within. Compact the mixture firmly into the mold, ensuring uniform coverage throughout.
  3. Combine melted chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave for a smooth blend. Then, pour the indulgent mixture over the cereal blend, ensuring an even distribution.
