  • Three ripe Medjool dates, briefly submerged in warm water (approximately 10 minutes) to expedite softening.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Soaking your cashews and blending them gradually, from low to high speed with a regular blender, should also yield effective results.
