  • One-and-one-third-inch piece of fresh ginger, finely minced.
  • 1 teaspoon of finely ground organic avocado seed
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • One cup of fresh baby spinach leaves, thoroughly cleaned and rinsed to remove any debris or impurities.
  • A sufficient amount of coconut water to achieve the preferred viscosity.
  • A handful of ice
