  • 3/4 cup tapioca starch
  • 1/4 cup potato starch
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon stevia powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1-2 tablespoons solid coconut oil
  • Two to three tablespoons of unsweetened almond milk, coconut milk, or rice milk.
