  • Two tablespoons of vegan butter or coconut oil.
  • 1 15-ounce can coconut milk
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 cup of rich, velvety maple syrup (optional, yet highly encouraged for its unparalleled flavor enhancement)?
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Pinch salt
  • Six to eight slices of crusty, chunk-cut sourdough bread.
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Two medium-sized apples, carefully cored and sliced into delicate, uniform strips.
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  1. Combine the coconut milk, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender.
  2. Blend ingredients thoroughly for approximately 15 seconds.
  3. Position the mixture within a 9×9-inch baking dish or an ample-sized mixing bowl.
  4. Insert one to two substantial slices of bread into the container, permitting them to saturate for approximately thirty seconds.
  5. While heating a wide non-stick skillet or cast iron pan over medium heat, melt in the vegan butter.
