This straightforward vegan white bean chili begins with a flavorful foundation of caramelized onions, aromatic garlic, earthy cumin, a hint of heat from cayenne, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Next, we incorporate vibrant green chiles, creamy white beans, and sweet corn. The green chiles add lots of flavor, the bulk it up with protein & fiber ( + per serving!), and the corn adds a little sweetness.
