When we think of Christmas, we think gingerbread! It’s a classic flavor, and the iconic shapes of gingerbread men and gingerbread houses are ones that we closely associate with the festivities of this holiday. For these reasons, gingerbread is a great thing to include in your Christmas-decorated desserts.
