Guacamole is a classic Mexican dip using avocados with a rich flavor and creamy texture. Try out this quick and easy recipe for a fresh and chunky version that is as refreshing as it is delicious.
- 2 avocados
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup deseeded and chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 2 chopped jalapenos
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt or to taste

Slice the avocados in half. Remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash to the desired consistency.

Add in the lemon juice and mix well so that the avocados don’t oxidize and change color.

Add onions, garlic, tomatoes, jalapenos, coriander, and salt. Mix well. Add more salt and lime juice as per taste.

Guacamole is ready to serve. Serve with nachos or tortilla chips.
