Amazingly easy to make and even easier to eat (guaranteed), these chocolates bring a whole lotta sweetness and nourishment to the house. I fill them with superfoods like goji berries, chia seeds and cacao nibs to add extra nutritional value.

Ingredients You Need for Heart Chocolates [Vegan]
Chocolate:
- 3/4 cup raw cacao paste
- 4 tbsp coconut nectar
optional add ins:
- 1 handful of pistachio
- 1 handful of goji berries
- 1 handful of cacoa nibs
- 1 handful of chia seeds
How to Prepare Heart Chocolates [Vegan]
- Combine ingredients for chocolate in bowl and melt slowly over low heat in a water bath. Chocolate is very delicate and can become lumpy or grainy if overheated. (Avoid all contact with water as the chocolate will seize).
- Stir frequently and add sweetener of your choice if desired (coconut syrup or maple syrup work very well. Adjust to taste, 1 tbsp goes a long way).
- Meanwhile prepare the moulds. I add my superfoods and then pour the chocolate on top.
- Chill in fridge for half an hour (or longer) and enjoy.
