Rate the Recipe:
Fresh and fruity with a hint of tartness. Rich in anti-oxidants. This refreshing 3-ingredient Hibiscus Iced Tea is quick and easy to make and full of natural goodness.
- 2 tbsp dried hibiscus flowers
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
For garnish
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices
- Sprigs of mint leaves

Bring water to a boil. Remove from heat. Add in the dried hibiscus flowers and let them steep for 10-15 minutes.

Strain the mixture into a pitcher. Add in the honey and mix well. Refrigerate until chilled.

Before serving, add the lemon juice and mix.

To serve, drop in a few slices of lemon and ice cubes into a serving glass. Pour in the chilled hibiscus tea. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
