You can then branch out and try different kinds of potatoes in your curry. Experiment with all different types, they’ll all be delicious! 3. Lentil

Similarly to chickpeas, lentils add a boost of protein as well as a heartiness to any dish, but they really shine in curries where their flavor and texture is amazing!
