These mushrooms are savory, gorgeous, and so filling that all your guests will be shocked when you tell them they’re completely plant-based! In order to honor everyone’s taste buds, we have four different versions of the same classic dish. Try your mushrooms with tomatoes, vegan sausage, almond feta, or a rice mixture.
