Ingredients
- Ground Beef (6 oz)
- Zucchini (1 large, chopped)
- Onion (1 medium, chopped)
- Vegetable Oil (4 tbsp)
- Tomato (1 large, peeled and chopped)
- Tomato Paste (1 tbsp)
- Eggs (2 Medium)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a large and shallow pan.
- Add ground beef and leave it to release and absorb the water. Remember to stir the mixture occasionally while cooking.
- Add chopped onions and vegetable oil when the ground beef has absorbed the water well.
- Fry them well.
- Add tomato paste and fry some more.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Cut the zucchini in half down the middle, and then cut the halved zucchini in half lengthwise again, then chop them into 1-inch pieces.
- Add chopped zucchini to the frying mixture and continue frying.
- Close the pot lid, reduce the heat, and cook with the lid closed until the zucchini becomes soft.
- Add peeled and chopped tomato, mix, and close the lid again.
- Put 2 eggs in a small bowl, add salt, and whisk the eggs.
- Drizzle whisked eggs all over the meal, reduce the heat, close the pot lid, and cook until the eggs are cooked.
- Serve immediately.
