Get ready for a flavorful twist on the classic Maggi noodles with this step-by-step guide on preparing Masala Maggi Noodles with two types of sauce! For the noodles, start by boiling 1 cup of water and add in the Maggi noodles. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until they are al dente. While the noodles are cooking, heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium flame. Add in 1 small onion, finely chopped, and saut├й till it turns translucent. Next, add in 1 teaspoon of ginger paste and 1 teaspoon of garlic paste. Cook for about 30 seconds or until the mixture is fragrant. Now, add in 2 teaspoons of Maggi masala powder and mix well.
