5. 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
6. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
7. Salt and pepper to taste
8. Chopped fresh parsley or paprika for garnish (optional)

  • One cup of raw cashews, previously soaked for a duration of 4 to 8 hours, subsequently drained, and rinsed thoroughly.
  • One 14.5-ounce jar of marinated artichokes, reserving one-quarter for future use and incorporating two tablespoons of the marinade’s juices into the dip, with the remaining artichokes thoroughly drained.
  • A splash of fresh citrus: Lemon juice (1), zest (1 tsp)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast (optional)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Delightfully Refreshing Lemon Artichoke Dip (Vegan, Gluten-Free)

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.   2. Combine the ingredients in a 9×13-inch baking dish. Carefully reserve the artichokes and coarsely chop them into manageable pieces. Combine approximately half of the chopped artichoke hearts with your preferred dip ingredients, stirring to ensure a harmonious blend. Crisp up the remaining tortilla chips and use them to scoop up every last bite of that delicious dip!
