Mint Brownie Shake [Vegan]

* 1 1/2 cups ice
* 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or other non-dairy milk?
* 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
* 1 tablespoon mint extract

  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 small avocado
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • One scoop of plant-based chocolate protein powder (optional).
  • 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 brownie of choice, crumbled

Blend together 1 cup non-dairy ice cream, 1/2 cup frozen mint leaves, 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder, and 1 tablespoon maple syrup in a blender until smooth.
