• 250g paneer cubes
• 2 medium tomatoes, blanched and pureed
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

• 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
• Salt, to taste
• 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced

Instructions:
1. In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add cumin seeds; when they sizzle, add the paneer cubes.
