Yes, of course going keto means nixing most of your carbs, but breadless “toast” isn’t so bad if you do it right. Promise. In an interview with Byrdie, Munn revealed her go-to breakfast strategy, which involves starting her mornings by slicing a perfectly-ripe avocado in half. Then, she tops each half with protein-rich hemp seeds, kosher salt, and some antioxidant-heavy lemon juice before gobbling it up with a spoon. Yeah, it’s that simple.

And if you really want to amp up the flavor, sprinkle on some of Trader Joe’s “Everything But the Bagel” seasoning.
