Large flour tortilla
Crispy fried tofu cubes
Creamy peanut sauce
Mixed greens
Sliced cucumber
Chopped cilantro
Avocado slices

  • 1 wholemeal wrap
  • 100g tofu
  • 10g garlic and ginger paste
  • 4 teaspoons Tamari
  • 20g peanut butter
  • Fresh options for elevating your dish: pepper, melted cheese, wilted spinach, juicy tomatoes.

Craving a vegan twist on traditional wraps? Try this simple recipe for a mouthwatering Peanut Tofu Wrap that’s bursting with flavor and texture!

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Fahrenheit (or 80°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Slice the firm tofu into bite-sized cubes and arrange them evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Cook the tofu for 20 minutes, turning each piece halfway through the cooking time.
  4. While blending, combine the garlic and ginger paste with tamari and peanut butter to achieve a harmonious mixture.
  5. After cooking the tofu, toss it in the coating mixture and then deep-fry for precisely 5 minutes, or until a satisfyingly crisp and golden crust forms.
