This recipe has become a personal favourite of mine. Its simplicity is its greatest asset, as no special equipment is required to prepare it. Rich Vegan Chocolate Bark with Pistachio Crumble and Whimsical Edible Florals

Raw Chocolate Bark with Pistachios and Edible Flowers [Vegan]:

  • One cup of melted virgin coconut oil.
  • About 2/3 cup cacao powder
  • Approximately 1-2 generous tablespoons of almond butter will yield the perfect balance of bitterness and creaminess in your chocolate.
  • 1-2 tablespoons of xylitol (or your preferred sweetener)
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • Nourishing indulgences: raw pistachios, delicate edible flowers, and rich cacao nibs.

Vegan Delight: A Simple Recipe for Raw Chocolate Bark with Pistachios and Edible Flowers

  1. Carefully melt your coconut oil. I gently place the jar in a basin of warm water for several minutes to loosen its contents, then carefully pour a measured amount of melted oil into a clean mixing bowl.
  2. Combine your preferred sweetener, a pinch of salt, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a generous amount of creamy almond butter, then blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Combine the cacao powder with a spoon, ensuring a thorough blend.
  4. Arrange the chocolate in a container lined with parchment paper to form an even, thinly spread layer. Why not add some rich almond butter swirls to take your treat to the next level?
  5. Garnish with a sprinkle of raw pistachios and delicate edible flowers, then refrigerate or freeze for at least one to two hours to allow the flavors to meld harmoniously.
