  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 white onion, sliced
  • Vegan ranch and cilantro – a perfect pairing for topping.

Preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C), start by preparing the cauliflower crust. Rinse one head of cauliflower and remove the leaves and stem. Cut it into florets, then pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice. Microwave for 4 minutes, stirring every minute. Let cool.

  1. One hour prior to cooking, position the dough onto a generously floured countertop surface.
  2. As the dough reaches room temperature, set the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with foil for effortless cleanup.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl: cauliflower, red wine vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, Sriracha, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine. Arrange ingredients in a single layer on a prepared baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through the cooking time to ensure even browning and crispiness.   5. Coat a 16-inch round baking sheet (or alternative choice) evenly with a non-stick cooking spray for effortless food release and easy cleanup.
