She likes to begin her prep by adding the dressing first. This ensures that the salad won’t get soggy while you’re storing it. She then added kalamata olives, chopped onions, chickpeas, tofu, and as many veggies as you’d like. She stresses the importance of adding your main lettuce on top so that it stays nice and fresh. You can also add some vegan feta cheese on top! When you’re ready to devour your salad, just shake it all up, and you’re good to go!
