Spirulina Sprinkle [Vegan]: A Delicious and Nutritious Snack
- 0.5 cup dried mixed soup vegetables (a blend of carrots, peas, red and green bell peppers, and onions, with no additional ingredients).
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon spirulina
- Two to three teaspoons of garlic powder or dried garlic.
To prepare Spirulina Sprinkle, simply mix 1 tablespoon of spirulina powder with 2 tablespoons of almond butter and a pinch of sea salt. Stir well until the mixture forms a smooth paste, then store it in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
