Discover the magic of plant-based mozzarella that’s easy to make and delicious to eat! This simple recipe takes only 15 minutes and delivers a texture and flavor that will amaze you. Perfect for those embracing a vegan lifestyle or anyone looking to reduce their dairy intake, this mozzarella uses natural, wholesome ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of cashews (soaked)
  • 300 ml of water from soaked cashews
  • 9 tbsp of refined coconut oil (for a neutral flavor)
  • 5 tbsp of agar agar powder
  • 4 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 2 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of nutritional yeast (optional)
  • 130 g of tapioca starch

Blend the soaked cashews with water until smooth. Add coconut oil, agar agar powder, lemon juice, salt, and tapioca starch, then blend again. Heat the mixture until thickened, then pour into molds and cool. Enjoy your creamy, stretchy vegan mozzarella in no time!
