Veggie Chopper’s Pan-Seared Delight: A Fusion of Indian Flavors in Every Bite!
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup paneer cubes
1/4 cup veggie chopper’s magic mixture (see below)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon tomato puree
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
Salt, to taste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Veggie Chopper’s Magic Mixture:
Mix 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon honey, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, and 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder.
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add minced garlic and ginger paste; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add chopped onion; cook until translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
4. Add veggie chopper’s magic mixture; stir-fry for 1 minute.
5. Add soy sauce, tomato puree, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, and salt; stir-fry for 30 seconds to combine.
6. Push the vegetables to one side of the wok or skillet; crack in a small egg and scramble until cooked through.
7. Mix the eggs with the vegetables.
8. Add cooked rice and paneer cubes to the wok or skillet; stir-fry until combined, about 2-3 minutes.
9. Season with salt and serve hot.
Note: For best results, use leftover cooked rice and veggie chopper’s magic mixture for added flavor.
